- Yes. ChapterPulse offers a 15-day free trial with access to the visual email builder. No credit card is required. Reports, analytics, and insights are demonstrated during a guided demo using a seeded environment with sample chapter data, since those features require implementation to connect your chapter's live data.
- Is there an implementation fee?
- Yes. All plans include guided implementation starting at $1,200. Setup covers chapter branding, account configuration, and integration with your existing tools. For Operate and Insights, implementation scope is broader and is scoped during your demo consultation.
- Does ChapterPulse work with Mailchimp?
- Yes. ChapterPulse generates Mailchimp-compatible HTML that you copy directly into a Mailchimp campaign. No API integration is required. Your newsletters will look exactly as designed.

- Does ChapterPulse support CASL compliance?
- Yes. Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) compliance is built into the newsletter builder. ChapterPulse includes configurable unsubscribe links, mailing address fields, and consent-aware templates.
- What happens if our board changes?
- Knowledge stays in the system. Drafts, templates, reports, and member data persist across board transitions. Role-based access means new members get appropriate permissions immediately, and outgoing members can be reassigned or removed without losing any organizational history.
