Manage your subscription, seats, invoices, and payment information.

Plans and pricing

ChapterPulse offers three plans, each building on the one below:

  • Compose ($100/mo): newsletter editor, 3 seats
  • Operate ($199/mo): adds reports, dashboards, data sync, 8 seats, up to 5 exports
  • Insights ($299/mo): adds Pulse AI (conversational analytics), 12 seats, unlimited exports

All plans are available monthly or annually. Annual pricing: Compose $1,200/yr, Operate $2,388/yr, Insights $3,588/yr. You choose your billing interval at checkout. Visit the pricing page for full details.

Adding and removing seats

Go to Settings > Billing to manage seats. When you add a seat, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

When you remove a seat, the change takes effect on your next invoice. No immediate credit is issued. This prevents add-then-remove cycles.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade from Compose to Operate or Insights at any time from the Billing page. The upgrade takes effect immediately and the price difference is prorated. Downgrading works the same way, effective on the next billing cycle.

Invoices and payment

All billing is handled through Stripe. You can:

  • View past invoices from the Billing page
  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • Download PDF invoices for your chapter's records

Canadian chapters in British Columbia will see BC PST on their invoices. GST/HST is not currently collected under the small supplier exemption. Once the exemption threshold is exceeded, applicable provincial and federal sales tax will appear on your next transaction automatically.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel, go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate. If you need help with cancellation, email support@chapterpulse.com.
